Diese AGB gelten für alle Bestellungen über die Website derfahnder.ch. Mit der Bestellung akzeptiert der Kunde diese Bedingungen.
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop stellt ein unverbindliches Angebot dar. Der Kaufvertrag kommt mit der Zahlungsbestätigung durch unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe zustande.
Wir bieten digitale Produkte (PDF-Dateien als Download) an:
Alle Preise sind in Schweizer Franken (CHF) angegeben und verstehen sich inklusive allfälliger Mehrwertsteuer. Die Zahlung erfolgt über Stripe (Kreditkarte, Debitkarte).
Fertige Geschichten werden unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang als Download-Link per E-Mail zugestellt. Der Download-Link ist 72 Stunden gültig und auf 3 Downloads begrenzt.
Individuelle Geschichten werden innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang per E-Mail geliefert.
Da es sich um digitale Inhalte handelt, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn des Downloads. Bei individuellen Geschichten erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Erstellung.
Bei technischen Problemen (defekte Dateien, fehlende Inhalte) bieten wir selbstverständlich eine Nachlieferung oder Erstattung an.
Mit dem Kauf erwirbt der Kunde ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für den privaten Gebrauch. Das bedeutet:
Unsere Haftung beschränkt sich auf den Kaufpreis des jeweiligen Produkts. Für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung der Produkte entstehen, übernehmen wir keine Haftung, sofern nicht Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit vorliegt.
Es gilt Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist der Wohnsitz des Anbieters.

These terms apply to all orders placed via derfahnder.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.
The display of products in the shop constitutes a non-binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon payment confirmation by our payment provider Stripe.
We offer digital products (PDF files for download):
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card, debit card).
Ready-made stories are delivered as a download link via e-mail immediately after payment. The download link is valid for 72 hours and limited to 3 downloads.
Custom stories are delivered within 48 hours after payment via e-mail.
As these are digital contents not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the download. For custom stories, the right of withdrawal expires when creation begins.
In case of technical problems (defective files, missing content), we of course offer replacement or refund.
With the purchase, the customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes:
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective product. We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of products, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the provider.

Nous proposons des produits numériques (fichiers PDF à télécharger) :
Tous les prix sont en francs suisses (CHF), TVA incluse le cas échéant. Le paiement est traité par Stripe.
Les histoires prêtes sont livrées par e-mail sous forme de lien de téléchargement immédiatement après le paiement. Le lien est valable 72 heures et limité à 3 téléchargements.
Les histoires sur mesure sont livrées sous 48 heures par e-mail.
S'agissant de contenus numériques non fournis sur un support physique, le droit de rétractation expire dès le début du téléchargement. Pour les commandes sur mesure, il expire dès le début de la création.
En cas de problème technique, nous proposons un remplacement ou un remboursement.
L'achat confère un droit d'utilisation simple et non transférable à des fins privées :
Notre responsabilité est limitée au prix d'achat du produit concerné.
Le droit suisse est applicable. Le for juridique est le domicile du fournisseur.

Trattandosi di contenuti digitali non forniti su supporto fisico, il diritto di recesso decade con l'inizio del download. Per gli ordini personalizzati, decade con l'inizio della creazione.
In caso di problemi tecnici, offriamo sostituzione o rimborso.
L'acquisto conferisce un diritto d'uso semplice e non trasferibile per uso privato:
La nostra responsabilità è limitata al prezzo di acquisto del prodotto.
Si applica il diritto svizzero. Il foro competente è il domicilio del fornitore.
